It is probably the most demanding vehicle for modern professionals. Build from the best materials and consisted of the most sophisticated hudraulic systems, the dump bodies are delivered with:
- Single side (standard) or 3-side dump system
- Single or double hydraulic elevation cylinder from an EU supplier with cardamiac system (for the 3side dump) and standard or wishbone (for the single dump)
- Side parapets from reinforced aluminium profile for the 3-side dumps or steel parapets with properly elaborated for the single one
- Latches attached on the front and back edge columns to lock the parapets, special hinges on the bottom side and removable columns at the rear in the 3-side dump
- Parapets which open either from the top or bottom (3-side dump)
- Rear parapet which automatically opens when unloading the cargo
- Special elaborated bulkhead from steel sheets with additional vertical columns with car cabin’s same height
- Floor made from steel sheets installed vertically to the car body fully connected with electric welding
- Special reinforced body underframe from longitudinal beams and vertical cross bars
- Plastic or metal mudguards with mud-flaps
- Metal parts painting with one-layer priming coat colour and final two-layer acrylic colour same to chassis
HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS WITH:
- Electro-hydraulic dump system for trucks up to 3,5 tn
- Dynamo (P.T.O.) from a European manufacturer attached to the gear box or to the car engine additionally connected to an hydraulic pump of proper power, for trucks over 3,5 tn
- Independed petrol engine for trucks which cannot be attached the systems above
